Ingredients:
Hamburger (1lb)
Red, green and yellow peppers
Chopped onion
Chopped fresh parsley
Chopped mushrooms
Fresh chopped garlic
Spices
Tomato paste
Fresh tomatoes
Dollop of olive oil
Dollop of ketchup
Dollop of BBQ sauce
Several dashes of hot sauce
... Cooked in slow cooker for 8 hrs on low
